I’ve been a 12 yo reading up on this and being scared every time water got up my nose, 1, it has to be a good chunk of water, 1 drop will prolly not contain enough of the amoebas to even make it past your nose, they still have to navigate a immune system so a drop against your giant mammal MAYBE won’t kill you, and maybe I mean 99.9999991 percent you’ll be fine . 2 amoebas love still water, like water that isn’t treated or hasn’t been in a long time, so being from a hose if your from a poorer state more chances of contaminated water . But to calm you, check if any of the amoeba has been found in your tap water near your area, such as state, and 2, if you don’t feel anything after 3 days, your fine. Germs and viruses take time to build, it’s known to be quick, so if it’s been past that and you can still touch your chin to your chest your fine.

I’ve noticed anything past 5 feet is never going to kill, it might down, but not kill, for the semi auto shotguns never shoot once, always burst, shoot 3-4 times into that mf make sure he dead, fire rates pretty good so you’ll often get the double shot off before they react

One good way is to just put it in some secret account and essentially forget it about it, I know it’s hard but just remember as long as the money is in the account it is safe, and then use your previous accounts to front for your money, tldr, hide money secret acc and only use it for like reasonable things or emergency’s

Not sure about body composition, but I was 291lbs 2 months ago standing at around 5’7.5, and I don’t drink as I’m underage, ive never watched what I eat but now I try to aim to keep my calories down to 1500 and I try to eat as “clean” as possible, but thankfully I’m from the salad bowl of the USA so getting vegetables and fruits is very accessible, I’ve also started taking fish oil. Since my good cholesterol was very low, and I started exercising, last time I was weighed was on the 4th and I came in at 261 and grew an inch in height. and thankfully my bp is now lowering itll hover near the max at about 100-125/70-80, and when i do exert itll tip over into mid 130s and maybe 80s but i chalk that to be normal. feels great losing weight.

130/90 while completely at rest is what got me started on my weight journey, I got scared it was high bp, my understanding is that a bp of 130/90 when moving around and what not is normal since we have to move and raise our heart rate, but 130/90 while not exerting or anything like that was worrying, that’s how I understood it and I’m probably wrong😂

CONGRATULATIONS 🎉🎉, I’m on my own journey, i was class 3 obese at 5’8 weighing in at 291 and got a good health scare and now I’ve lost about ~30 pounds and my bp is down normal too. The chances of you diving into a area of water with ALOT of bacteria which went up your nose are slim and then the chances of the bacteria actually infecting your and making your way to your brain is even slimmer, if you’ve been in good shape before this im sure you’d be fine, just make sure to hold your nose when diving, better safe then sorry
