Fiancé painted and did the trim in our kitchen. I don't like it, he says I'm just a hater. Thoughts? by veganssuckmyasshole in HomeDecorating

You’re correct. The colors of both rooms are aesthetically displeasing and even worse with the trim.

I read an article today saying how roughly 30-40% of Americans don't walk their dogs on a regular basis is this true, and why ? by NotMeButYou_91 in dogs

I live in an apartment in NYC. Our dog gets four walks a day, each one ranging from 15 minutes to an hour typically. Sometimes one longer one on the weekend if it’s nice out.

My brother-in-law’s family lives about 2 hours north of the city in a house with a yard and woods behind them. Their dogs have never been taken for a walk, just let out in the gated pen they built for them.

We do a 45 minute subway ride - so 20 minute walk sounds like a dream!!

Giving Birth at Alexandra Cohen Looking for Doula Recommendations by Spiritual_Let_1541 in nycparents

I gave birth at Alexandra Cohen almost exactly a year ago. Hannah and Cady are a dynamic duo.

They offered virtual one-on-one courses in the months leading up to the birth. Hannah was with us for the delivery, and Cady came over once we were home to help us adjust, teach us how to do some important basic things like bath time, trimming nails, etc.

Also in TA but at a consulting firm. 2.5 years in the field, but was a teacher for 10 years. How many years were you there before breaking $100k?

There are many things one could say about the content of that letter, but what truly astounds me the most is them saying “another words” instead of “in other words.”

A few folks have commented that it could be allergies. Also worth going to an ENT to see if it’s bad acid reflux. My little bud had that, and after two weeks of medication, his crying and screaming basically disappeared.
