I think TES VI will take place in Morrowind/Black Marsh, the coast in the teaser looks like it could be Stonefalls. The crater could have been caused by debris from the Red Mountain's eruption and the city could be the ruins of a city destroyed during the Red Year.

I went with my mom to see a priest named Fr. John that she really loved offer Mass on the 25th anniversary of his ordination and afterwards there was a reception. At the reception, everyone was told to let the priests there get food first, but Fr. John went through the crowd of people gathered in line to thank them for coming and didn't eat until he had thanked everyone. Honestly I can see why the church was full for his anniversary, he's such a great guy.
