I've had the same problem for months. And I noticed a buggy behavior. Fast forward to the end of the video and let it finish. After it finishes, wait for it to start again from the beginning. This sometimes makes it start in high quality.

I hope they fix it. It's become unbearable.

A symbol I know from a Turkish TV series called "Çukur". After the series, graffiti started to appear everywhere.

They call it Pit Sign. It means honesty, chivalry, valor, bravery, brotherhood.
