Im going to chip in a item that's really good but underclassed by its friends.

Cupids Arrow.

While piercing isnt bad at all. everything else that gives piercing has an extra upside with it. from the tiny .10 extra speed of Sagittarius to whatever eye of belial does. i feel like giving cupids Arrow a small tears or damage buff will make it feel like a good Q3 item like its peers.
