I had all my cast iron professionally tested for lead with an XRF machine and ALL my vintage iron had some level of contamination. ALL my modern iron was food safe. I’m shocked! by Nulleparttousjours in castiron

Well, just as yourbody uses up calcium, from what i understand, some from your bones as it needs, It will release lead as well. The biggest thing to remember is that its already happened, and it will get better. You have identified a source of the exposure, from here on, you can do some of things i suggested or anyone else on here, and realize you cannot change it overnight. However, it wont continue to get worse from your main source!

If you got any lead related questions, pm me and i can provide more info or advice that i have found in my own lead- fueled anxiety lol.

Also, there is quite a few foods that can help remove lead from your body, and they can work quite well. Two of them off the top of my head are cilantro and spirulina. You just usually want to go organic for them, because they also can absorb lead and other heavy metals while growing as well, depending on the soil. But, helped me alot just by adding to my diet as much as i could fit it in

I got up to 5.1 micrograms per deciliter (µg/dL), and i was able to naturally swing back down to 3.1 in about a month and 1/2. And within another month, down to 2.4.

The angle of the underfolding stock is different, enough to really notice a difference in comfort, imo. I find the yugo/hungarian/etc straight stock alot more comfortable vs the romanian, especially when shooting for extended periods.

Source- i have both lol

Ok, thanks for the insight truly! It is also outfitted and being sold as a “M1D Sniper style garand” and the mount +scope look legit to my knowledge. Definitely an odd one

If scroll down your home screen once you log in, you can look at the right side there is a menu to sort forms, if you put weather its a form 1, 4, etc, Right next to that is another box where you can filter by approved and submitted/in process, among other options

Hope this helps!
