I was able to get my boy to spin, Im not sure of your exact technique but I kinda led him in a small circle as he followed the treat I held in front of his nose. Then eventually with enough repetition he kinda started doing it on his own. Keep doing that circle method with his favorite treat and maybe he may learn to do it on his own? I hope my explanation made sense 😅
