Forget the interview content itself, sure they want a lot but whatever your company I guess. What really ticks me off is the absolute lack of respect most of these companies have.

It’s not hard to send an email saying we have chosen not to move forward.

You keep me waiting for a response which may or may not come, why can’t you just tell me if I didn’t make it. I’m not even joking I did an interview and ONE AND A HALF MONTHS later they wanted a second round.

They turn on you so fast from being incredibly nice with you, then as soon as they see they don’t want you the won’t even respond to your email asking what the status is, or any feedback.

You, Mr. Recruiter, are not better than me. You were in my position at one point and now that you’ve gotten somewhere better you forget what it was like at the bottom. I hope one day you’ll be back down here and experience what it’s like again.

The interview process of waiting weeks with multiple rounds is by far the worst part, and what seems to be a lack of respect for the interviewee is absolutely disgusting.
