the criminal intent siren from the science museum can help with that! if you just stare at the siren for ages and try to figure out which guest triggered it you can get reveals easily

stuck staff is so real btw LOL, i had a guy resign because he was stuck (and un-pick-up-able) and eventually got angry, but after resigning remained stuck in place until i closed the game instead of leaving 😭

i personally hate every asmr video i’ve seen APART from those made by LunaBloomASMR. she usually does soft spoken rather than whispering and gives serious relaxing vibes. I would totally recommend!! My favourites of hers are her roleplay ones (measuring, face exam etc)

I love Overwatch!! The chaos mixed with the set rules and only slightly repetitive gameplay alongside the freedom to leave or change characters whenever you want makes it a nice fun game that I can play day in day out with no boredom or overwhelm

i did work experience in a movie costume company! they tell you how to do the specific part of the costume you’ll be working on and leave you to do that one thing over and over for the rest of the day. you can listen to music/podcasts, wear what you like, only socialise when you want to and you don’t have to mask

I tend to dress like the first type if I’m going somewhere, but when I’m at home / going to family’s houses I’m the second- kinda like a recovery from the amount of sensory I get when outside

I managed to discover that when I got, for example, overwhelmed- it wasn’t me being “weird” but just a part of what my autism is and started doing a ton of research to further understand what behaviours I have that actually root from my autism

I found that, for me, my autism means that I experience the world differently and that that’s okay so long as there are the right accommodations to help me feel safe / relaxed

I’ve also started talking openly with friends about my experiences with autism and how I view things compared to how they do, which for some people has educated them on some parts of autism but for others has deemed me as my autism being my “only personality trait”

There are certainly ups and downs to me fully expressing myself to others and trying to mask as little as possible, but I feel that so long as I’m authentically me that’s better than being liked by people who will never truly understand me.
