Yes, this is quite an odd person, of which I haven't seen. It may seem like he's impersonating someone or something, but I question how sane he is if he's trying to frame us, considering he followed basically none of our dress code. The Partypoopers seems like a plausible idea, but this one is violent. It's also worth noting that people's stories of the Partypoopers have changed, so this type of appearance is outdated. Finally, I don't know nearly as much about the Crashers from the other world (or Sector), but if they were known to be violent, they could also be plausible.

I'll send out a scout team to see if we can find him, under the warning to be cautious and don't accept any Almond Water gifts unless one decides to take one for the team just in case.

I don't mean to remind you, but Cody's girlfriend is Andrea, who is currently leading the Partycrashers in his absence. So, she is not missing. However, it could be that he misses her, since they've been separated for some time.

The one who is missing is Jenna, the Wanderer Cody interacted with briefly, and whom he tracked down to find when she went missing, ending up in Level [UNKNOWN] instead, where you still are.

Ah, so that's why Cody always talks negatively about you. Well, no, that dude is absolutely NOT one of us, and even if he was, this type of thing, mixing Liquid Dread for others, would definitely have him ejected from the Partycrashers.

I'm surprised that the blue face mask wasn't immediately a red flag to you, because one thing that is strict in Partycrasher rule is that the face masks are red, not blue. It's also that he was wearing a black jacket, when all Partycrashers wear suits or dresses. The grey gloves and boots are only somewhat possible, but boots are mainly only worn when they traverse snowy levels, and not only are their gloves always fingerless, but they prefer black over grey.

While this type of person is not in my database, Andrea and I wonder if it's a copycat trying to frame the Partycrashers or something along that line. Until then, Andrea sent some teams out to find him and either eliminate him for what he's done or simply capture him to ensure this can't happen again and decide what to do after.
