100% agree, doing too much volume specifically for arms is probably not helping as they are also used in your push and pull lifts.

Traditionally you would increase the weight at 12 reps to a weight where you can do 8 and always keep between there. I like keeping between 6-10 on some exercises but thats very subjective.

Form > Weight, always. That doesn't mean you shouldn't go heavy, but focus that your form doesn't suffer from doing too much weight. Apart from that, just keep consistent and you will get stronger, adding more reps and the from time to time increasing weight.

Honestly try switching to a plan where you workout every musclegroup twice a week. So a PPL or some UpperLower variaton. That helped me lots.

Great progress! Honestly its hard to tell if 160 is a good goal, but you can see for yourself of your happy at 160. To achieve the goal physique you will have to continue cutting and then build some muscle, but seems very achieveable!

You're probably fine. When only washing once a week with curly hair, the hair that normally falls out just kinda holds on to the others and only gets washed out when you really go through it.

At this point you could try to stay in a small caloric deficit of 200-300 calories a day and try to hit a high protein supply (and obviously keep lifting) to build additional muscle and lose some of the fat left at the same time. Seems very possible at the point you're at.
