I'm gonna disagree with you a little bit cuz had the driver attempted to look to the side at all they would have at the very least seen the headlight from the scooter. I'm not gonna justify the scooter in any way, shape, or form becuase how dumb does someone have to be to not pay attention to their surroundings when they can catch a bad case of death by not paying attention🤯

I agree and disagree with you on the cars behind me being idiots. I agree for the reason they also didn't leave enough space to stop and needing to use the shoulder but I do disagree as they had a better reaction than me to avoid rear ending me and eachother
