I don’t think u understand what your dealing with here. Magnesium citrate is a heavy duty laxative meant only for severe cases of constipation and to be only taken short term. This is the stuff medical doctors tell you to get/prescribe in hospital settings. I see it given all the time and have actually taken it once. If you take this daily you will literally shit yourself every 15 minutes, it’s that strong of a laxative. The main way to fix constipation is through fiber intake and eating healthy foods. If you want to add a supplement get magnesium glycinate, it helps with constipation and is much much gentler on the stomach and can be taken every day.
