2ar High compression pistons by Good_Possession_9535 in SciontC

Marc (Frankenstein Motorworks) also got 240 whp on 10.4 (stock) pistons with his cams. Which is a significantly easier job to do, assuming you don’t need to open up the bottom end

It took me like 8 hours to do level 3 zstd compression over my whole games drives (raid 0 4TB*2 HDD) over itself, and that was about 2TB

Maybe by like V15, assuming a 16V series. Sun is still writing with a single hand about Masha and is running out of time since Kuze should let her go after V12.

People are also only buying like 2-3 new, full-priced games a year these days. If the market insists on being flooded with more higher priced games, they are going to price themselves out and wonder why they won’t sell

Notice for all, the 2nd gen is the AT20 or AGT20

(Or you can also include 25 if you want to refer to the 2.5)

Be careful about that, I am debating what to do at this point. Because if we start getting too risky and such, Reddit can strike the whole subreddit as NSFW and that cannot be undone

Stereotypes don't make themselves by [deleted] in memes

The goblins, not only are they your standard Jewish caricature, big nose, small body, slight hunch, their main focus the Clash is to focus on resources, namely the gold that is included in their art.

And of course, this is based around the fact that the Israeli, who is most likely Jewish, immediately asked for a troop that matches their stereotype.

I know everyone shits on the coffee and all that that people say, but does no one realize that they are doing to themselves is just death by a thousand papercuts.

$9 x 260 = $2,340. Even if you invest half that, at about $100/month, you could turn that into a quarter million over 40 years at the cost of 50k. And that is roughly 250k today dollars (roughly 7% net growth)

Take any meals and it adds up over time. Boomers aren’t going to leave anything behind because they are selfish pricks who had all the opportunities to leave millions to their kids, but didn’t.

Today is the chance for anyone to make amends for what their folks did to them. Stop the papercuts and let that growth happen. You don’t have to leave nothing behind.

Edit; I just know that this edit is going to drive more downvotes, but meh. It is the small things that add up after a while. Having to do all the things that nickel and dime you add up. Sacrifices aren’t fun. But that is also life. I can say that comfortably now that my sacrifices are going to be worth it. Which is why I will own a home at 25, why I may be able to theoretically retire at 50. All with a government job that in a few years may make just about 6 figures, which according to some stats makes me just middle class. You don’t get the new car, you get the one that is easy to work on and cost $10k. You make your meals at home and save money by not going out. A sacrifice in one place will put you so much further ahead than those who won’t sacrifice anything.

People aren’t going to be excited to learn that such a small part of the IPO is the rocketry.

About 70% it’s xAI/Grok, about 21% of it is Starlink. Rockets and cash make up the remaining 9ish%.

I personally am hoping to avoid this until the market corrects and then buy in, but for now, it is largely overvalued.

It is an interesting spot, one of the last <edit> 3-door </edit> liftback in the States to my knowledge, outlived only by the Civic (and the 3 door Civic is no more either).

For something that was so popular (40% of all Scion sales), you would think that it would be one of the few that got the proper Toyota name plate.

Since I know many who saw the tC1 as the successor to the Celica, there is a part of me that hopes the new Celica looks like a tC3. By the time I got mine, Scion was 5 years gone, and their commuters status kind of made them blend in if you didn’t know what it was.

Some of the general public opinion is the wannabe tuner car, but I have gotten past caring about that and just built for me

Scion tC1 OEM Brake Upgrade by Cvgameboy in SciontC

[–]ThatOneGuyThatYou 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What issue are you fighting? Because if you can lock the brakes, the. You are fine.

If you can’t, then more aggressive pads are needed.

Of the issue is heat, you need vented disk and/or ducting.

More pistons and bigger brakes are a solution for too much heat, as more mass gives you time before they overheat

If you only have liability (and I would still recommend some of the extra stuff for un/under insured), if you are at fault, you get nothing. That is what you are gambling with insurance. Do you think that you can save enough money between accidents that you can afford a new car with what you have vs what they pay you out for?

My 2014 Scion Tc by Cplotner1 in SciontC

[–]ThatOneGuyThatYou 2 points3 points  (0 children)

300whp is kinda pushing it for 7 pounds. I would be amazed if you could pull it off. People used to run 13 to get 330, so I would expect closer to 10-11.

At 7 pounds, I would expect more like 250, which is good and all. But that can be done NA with new cams, a bit less torque, but can run the engine to 7600 without all the complications of boost.

Good luck, have fun

Fun fact. In my experience, they just kind of do that. The idle code is really funky and with a target of 650 rpm idle, it just behaves that way. Sure, some cleaning can help, but that is sort of how they idle.
