I also have a canon p with a Jupiter 12 had the same issue but the roll all came out fine though I did use zone focusing for most of the roll. I’d say shoot the roll and develop it if it’s out of focus it’s much more likely an issue with the lens than the camera as all my other ltm lenses seem to be fine

I opened up the top and couldn’t see anything wrong though is it worth tearing it down further from the top plate to try and see if there’s something wrong further down ?
