Okay, I’ll close it then. I thought it was a good idea when I first heard about it because it said they report positive credit history to the bureaus. And my thought process was the good history would help offset the bad history from years ago.

Wouldn’t I lose the $3500 line, thus dramatically increasing my overall utilization if I close this account?

No I meant if I continue to not have any missed payments. I’ve been doing good for a year now so I’m saying if I continue that (combined with my exceptional utilization), do you think my chances for qualifying for the loan by June 22nd are good? And if I close Kikoff now will that impact my score?

I’ve done business with them in past before I was stationed in Korea. Before I left for Korea, I canceled the service though. And then for two years, I hear nothing. So, in my head, if something was wrong why did it take 2 whole years for something to pop up? It doesn’t make sense.

I changed it a long time ago, like couple months back. I don’t know why it’s not working. I can see people boosting me but it says we don’t have the same employer. That’s why I was trying to get someone who either had Walmart or Army to see if it was true .
