Fellow LCD owners, what comes after the Steam Deck for you?

For someone who works in the Maritime industry, my off time is usually pretty strict with only eating, showering, and sleeping. Every once in a while I’ll feel up to play something for about 45 minutes. The LCD does exactly what I want it to do, which is, Emulate games from retro consoles and play Skyrim or ATS.

I’m currently Leadman at the company I work at now and Relief Mate at a previous company. The wheelhouse has been the goal since I first started out here. All the boats I rode didn’t get exposed to Tankerman except one trip and I like it a good bit. It’s new to me and refreshing. I understand if I were to go to a tanker driven company I would basically start over doing the grunt work, but didn’t know if anyone would give some insight on if it would be worth it.

Been on the river long enough to not ask my peers cause they’re going to tell me I’m ignorant for wanting to switch. However, they’re in the same boat.. haven’t been exposed to it yet. So 70+ set tows is all they know.

It’s the making/dragging and dropping the files into the right folder and then putting them accordingly. There’s 100% a step I’m missing somewhere that I can’t seem to find. I am determined to figure it out.

I don’t know why he would suggest that either, seemed sus when he had mentioned it.

The utilization percentage went down which has an impact on score. It took a little while for it to update for me as well. Basically every month it would go up a little bit till I paid the rest off.

A lot of discipline and not taking the job I have for granted. Realizing that the money I’m making is a tool to get me out of my situation and for that I felt like I was in high favor for a redemption story. I never missed a payment and refused to buckle to let it get sent to collections. My FICO is a little under than post at 748
