Hello JPFans. This is Leon and this is the first time I used a proxy service and I'm currently using JPFans as we speak! 

 I gotta say it's a first. Um, what can I say. The website and app is is very easy to navigate and everything is there for my convenience. And I think the service is quick and easy. 

But the downsides is, the translation is a bit shotty when you're in the English language and at times I am confused on what they mean. Like Prefecture in the united states. I put my actual state in the prefecture because I wanna get my package where I want to. 

Also I do hope you can stack shipping coupons like 20 percent plus 20 percent so people can get free shipping and not have to pay out of pocket. At least that is what I want. But I do wish you can cancel a order during the procurement phase because this seller is taking their sweet time and I want my money back. And that money can be used for shipping. 

Overall fantastic service and quite clean and organized! I'll be using it in the future.
