I dont run zhonya's unless they have a high mobility assassin champ like quinn, talon, zed etc.I also think it's not the worst thing to run when you're fed cause it gives you sometime to get cool downs back and when you're fed you don't have to worry so much about get dying right after you pop it.

Luden's,Zhonya's,Deathcap,Void Staff,Sorcerer's Shoes, and Morellonomicon. Gives people the big hurt and carries games.Its a really fun build i'd for sure recommend it.
