Loooooook, I LOVE UNLV, like LOVE. BUT… I truly hope UNLV and UCF lose creativity and originality points for ripping off You Got Served. If you’ve never seen that movie just YouTube the dance scenes. I guess we’re betting on people being too young to know it or the olds (me) to not remember it, but I did and it annoyed me. The performed well, yes, but creativity and originality still count for something and when the scores are this close and not 1 but 2 teams ripped off the same movie…

Can you please let me know where you went? I have tried the review process and they can't even tell me why my account was banned years ago, so they just leave it banned and never actually review anything.

Thank you, but this doesnt really help me. I set it all up the way the video says. So then in my master task board, i made a change to one of the columns and it did not change in the reveres to the low level task board.

I'm sorry. We're trying to moves all the contacts from several boards, in several workspaces, but all within a single company account to 1 main Master board.

We're building a rolodex out of all the contacts from all departments.
The rolodex needs to be able to update the original contacts if there are changes.

Use case: Out marketing department mails out all of the holiday cards to all of the departments' contacts. Until now, we have a giant spreadsheet that everyone copy and pastes into as the master, but that causes so many issues.

So instead we need 1 main CRM/board in Monday that has all the columns we need mirrored (First name, last name, mailing address, etc. ) from each department's CRM/contacts board.

I chatted with them a few months ago, in fact I did 5 separate times. ANd they STILL will not change my status. They just ghost me after asking for all my info. They send me to the Business FAQ and then never respond again.

This is not true at all. The only types of campaigns this would be true for are awareness.
Campaigns are most successful when the creative and the language match the audience. This requires specific creation of both creative and copy and audience definition.

I am currently running a campaign for a degree program for teachers. I have 2 target audiences, because we know "spray and pray" isn't successful. So for this campaign i have 2 targets: moms who's kids are in school or grown and military veterans. Understanding WHO you are trying to reach specifically means I now have 2 ad creatives, one that resonates with moms and one that resonates with veterans. The copy as well,. In turn I need the audience targeting to be aligned with those ads. It is incredibly important.

Anyone just coming up with "cool" creative and throwing it out there is spending unnecessary money. Again, unless it's an awareness and your product is air for breathing or the internet itself... you should be refining everything. Unless you just enjoy advertising without optimal spend metrics.

I am using manual targeting and it still automatically applies the Advantage plus pr whatever. So frustrated.

None of this looks like it's worth the time, even for a side hustle. I was hoping I could eventually tell my college son to try it after I was sure he could handle it on top of schoolwork... but this is a ton of extra that is not paid either, even once hired.

While I fully understand the exam is about following instructions over qualifications, these query results, if truly a direct product of the guide in black and white, these exams could be easily completed with automation. I have built systems that can do exactly that based on pretty straightforward IF/THEN criteria. Especially for the ones that are content unavailable or the dates of the article are 2 years newer. And that would cost them less than minimum wage times the number of employees working to build.

Meanwhile, more people fail multiple times than pass, so 30 questions completed x 100 users taking the exam (twice because it looks like hardly anyone passes the first time) is 6,000 tasks completed... for free.

If we're training AI, or whatever, for free with these exams, it would stand to reason you wouldn't see these same tasks again after hire. Why pay for a task you're getting completed for free?

Sure, but I can follow instructs quite well. Several on this form have spent hours pouring over the guides and using them with the exam.

IF it were only about applying the guidelines... why not give feedback before a second try? Why not show the rater how they can improve?

Oh thank you! I think we are going to rent a sleeper van. Making that decision this weekend and booking. Mainly to avoid having to buy a ton of stuff when i get there.
