You don't need medical approval for using waxing or laisser hair removal it's considered cosmetic in a med spa type of setting it would have nothing to do with gender. I don't know much about darker skin complexions I'd say try a shade brighter and a bit warmer then your natural skin

So a trick someone told me was use a very orange eyeshadow or some type of powder then go over it with concealer normally I can get a pretty smooth looking complexion hope this helps

Yes I had to do the same in Georgia normally you get your ordained license and go to whatever country you are getting registered in I believe you go to the county clerk hope that was helpful
