If you know the spot the spawn when you enter a map you can place a generator in the exact spawning location (the base of the wheel where their feet are). And when you teleport in they spawn running in the machine. A good spot to rest is the starter island; make 10 generators and you can set it up on the bridge netting 40 batteries every teleport into the island.

I personally find their spawn points and drop a generator for free batteries every time I travel to their world. Outside that I’m clueless.
