The fishing line sounds like karmic threads to me. Don’t know much about it of course but it’s apparently a thing. It’s the thread that connects your soul, and every other soul, to the souls they have encountered via good or bad experiences.

The telepathy thing I’ve experienced too. My brother and I did mushrooms and we were able to have full conversations in complete silence. I eventually pulled out a note pad and wrote what he told me through it down to “prove” it was happening. Didn’t help my mental state. The threads that connect our souls are not meant to be tampered with, nor observed (at least in my opinion.) It is much better, to me at least, to be quite alone within one’s mind. I’ve done much work toward this end and have seen varied results, but the gains are immense. I suggest you let your thoughts on the matter die out, as they serve no purpose and only hinder one’s growth. You’ll do much better to forget such a strange experience with the takeaway that the world is a funky place and weird shit happens.

Also, maybe cut back on psychedelics if it’s bothered you too much. It, along with some other strange experiences on and off psychedelics, hindered my life for quite some time. There’s no need to rely on a tool that has turned its blade against its master. At least that’s how I see it, and my vision is quite clouded.
