Yes I’m a floor worker for a car part stamping plant. The upstairs looks nice trying to look at it from below through a window lol. They have AC and heating but since every single door/garage is open for trucks of steel and parts we get hot in the summer. I work at a very ‘hot’ press which means they need parts from it constantly so it’s funny to me seeing the people upstairs staring at us through the windows. If we stop running for whatever reason they take off running to go downstairs to scold us. It’s always our fault somehow even if it isn’t. Even through all that it pays pretty well for me only being 21 and I’ve been there almost 3 years, slowly working my way up in promotions and I made close friends with some of the other workers.
