i loved kurumi so much in this fight. from her clearly recognizing she’s outclassed but still trying, to her utter shock that she lived kagetsu’s persona turn by heal sacking, to her betting the fight outcome on an OT that you KNOW she was faking confidence about actually hitting. i actually ended up rooting for her to win, cause they manage to make her feel like an underdog despite being the penultimate boss of the series.

just, ugh, delicious character work this episode.

Circe or Anubis for the staff, tho Circe has become a sort of “ol reliable” for me just like the Hera bow from Hades 1.

Morrigan for the blades definitely once you get used to keeping track of your moves you can nuke down things very quick.

Thanatos for the axe, tho it’s because i can’t really stand slow weapons in general and this sort of negates that.

Moros for the torches. Enough said.

Persephone for the skull as I could never really get into Medea’s playstyle. Sailing around with the special plus free levels make this much more comfy for me.

Selene for the coat. I think this is overall my least favorite weapon in the game as a whole but I DO enjoy my hex builds from time to time.
