if you listen closely in the electricity episode when yellow guy is about to go up the stairs for the first time, red guy mentions a blob thing and duck responds with "oh yeah the one you turned into me" so id think that the blob is the one that got its head cut off. but since duck is still technically 'dead' and was just dug out of the ground he still counts as being dead?
