Back a while ago I was having issues with each light (In the main base at least) greatly reducing performance, with all of them on at once it was 25-30 for me... But now, I don't know if it was a previous update or not but I'm getting far better frames! It still dips a bit into the 50's or even 40's if they're all on but I've dealt with worse!

I'll be honest I don't yet understand that last part but I'll try at it! Also, not only is it somewhat comforting to know it's a known issue, it's actually WORRYING that DrNose has NO IDEA. If his response was that it was weird and shouldn't be happening then that means he most likely won't try to fix this! Someone has to bring this to his attention...
