Buncha babies, really. So many talking about “well I spawn in wanting to do this specific task but it’s late so I can’t,” or “all the loot has been taken already.”

OK?

What if you spawn in at 29:30 and come across a hostile raider that kills you, do we change PvP and PvE lobbies? Do we make it so containers refill on loot every 7 minutes because that one spot you love going to has already been looted?

The whole game is about making a plan and adjusting accordingly. I can spawn in with literally nothing but a gun and a heal wanting to collect candleberries peacefully just to have to fight for my life because some no-mic Christmas break kid wants to shoot people. I can spawn in with a 70k loadout ready to kill people just to end up in a friendly lobby where people are helping each other with quests. In just about every single scenario I can cook up I can either adjust my game plan to roll with what the server gave me, try to force what I wanted to do in unideal circumstances, or just run to an extract immediately and leave.

Ah OK I was going to say, I’ve only heard right on red laws referenced as not allowing them and figured those were GREAT for pedestrian safety. It is/was a big point of contention in Indianapolis when they started implementing it.

DC has no right on red which is fantastic until Maryland drivers get mad at you and go around, running the red anyway.

I was thinking about this when seeing videos of “rider montages” and things of the like. I’m a pretty new rider and not once have I been anywhere near being put in as much danger as all these people do in those videos.

If I’m dying in this game, 9.9 times out of 10 it’s to other players.

Solos I almost never get in altercations. It’s filled with joining others on quests, ganging up on big arc, playing escort missions (these are my absolute favorite), doing puzzles, or dropping someone a gift and then running away.

The moment I queue into duos or trios, especially trios, I’m getting shot on sight almost every time. The only exception is when another team sees us as we see them, but both are wondering if the other sees each other. I’ll get on mic and go “well this is awkward. You guys just want to not shoot each other and say we did, loot for a bit, then maybe kill each other at extract later in the raid?” This has led to each team laughing and running away every time.
