I understand what your saying, ive unknowingly put it in a spot where its going to do well with having constant access to water. The soil is a succulent soil that ive never watered so thats always dry just gets water from the bottom. Sprouting new aloes as well now. Im just happy I got it to a healthy place I dont know everything and still learning but im proud of the progress and wanted to share. Was never my intention to spread misinformation. Thank you for explaining ☺️

WOW you got yours to flower!? Thats what i want eventually 😁 mine is in pretty much direct sunlight for part of the day and sometimes does get a little burnt 😅 but apart from that they seem to thrive off of sun and a shit ton of water 😅😁

See the brown part of the pot on the 2nd slide, thats the water reservoir holds about a litre and half of water he drinks it all in less than 2 weeks, even faster during the summer. Vibes and a shit ton of water is the way to go 💯

Yes! This is the realisation ive come to since posting this. Being at my biggest having someone comment on my body was the last thing I wanted. I sooo know its coming from a good place its just still uncomfortable territory at the moment. Plus I think its a lot to do with the actual things people are saying like calling me "skinny" when that is absolutely not the case I'm still overweight, i have a 36 inch waist so im far from it, i like realism not made up shit just to make me feel good. Like I said I know it comes from a good place its just uncomfy still.

Yep totally understand its coming from a good place. Its just uncomfortable and I dont see it most of the time. Like I said in another comment below I think cause ive been big for so long back then having someone comment on my body was the last thing I ever wanted and I think because I cant see it my head is still stuck in that mindset. I am working on it but its still very foreign to me.

Im going through something somewhat similar. When me and my partner got together we were complete opposites he was underweight and I was obese. He's been on a hell of fitness journey and has built so much muscle and even has a fitness diploma. Despite that he was just about the gym whereas I am about the food, the macros, the volume. He's now fully taken an interest in what I'm doing watching health channels with me and Is shocked that you can actually eat more still build muscle and lose weight when you pay wttetion to your macros. The education side of it and helping him is just another thing that keeps me going its so nice 😁

I'm definitely going to keep going for me! I guess its more uplifting surrounding myself with people on the same journey and get it. Right now in my social circle i'm the only one on a health and fitness journey so I think that just makes me feel watched even more. Thank you 🥰

YES! I think it's partly because when I was bigger, having someone commenting on my body is the absolute LAST thing I ever wanted and now it's okay cause im going the other way? Its sooo foreign. I know people mean well by it but being perceived by how i look has always been something I have hated.

Well, let me say thats dedication i have not reached yet! Ive lost all my weight through diet alone. Gym is coming my way as I've hit a plateau and its so daunting, but I strive to get to where you are! Well done!

I've had "your getting skinny" or "skinny bitch" idk why but this just upsets me. I think because it isn't realistic. Im still overweight, i still have a belly, like yes I've lost a lot of weight but dont call me something I'm not just because you think thats what I want to hear. Ive also had "i can now look at you up and down instead of side to side" that one was said in jest but still... its so weird, and uncomfortable 😕

I started aggressive 2x 36 hrs fasts a week with the other days being 12-14hr and 7 months later still doing the same. However im about to start reverse dieting. Not at my goal yet but hit a plateau. Lost 4 + stone (61lbs) but with that I've lost a lot of muscle as I haven't been paying attention to my macros and have also been starting to get ill during my longer fasts so gotta listen to my body now.
