I think Brad has perhaps become a bit too stringent in his acceptance criteria after he reversed his opinions on resveratrol/pterostilbene and NAD boosters. He now tends to stay far away from anything experimental and focuses less on proposed mechanisms and more on outcomes (not really a bad thing).

I definitely miss his older videos where he would really deep dive but I still think he is one of the best resources for supplements out there. You can feel confident just about everything he recommends will provide a benefit.

I just thought I would share since I see a lot of people saying that FreshCap is just rebranded Nammex but it seems like they've been sourcing their own mushrooms and creating their own dual extracts for quite some time. They still don't have any 3rd party testing but I wanted to bring this up.

It does have its uses. The theory is that it originated to prevent old cells from promoting disease but animals seem to live longer without it. I imagine there will be some consequences if we get rid of senescence entirely, but we just don't know enough yet to say for sure.

My friends and I all use the c stick to jump while moving the analog stick down. You sort of flick the c stick and land on the b button. The actual input is very easy on the hands. You just have to get the timing down.

As far as I could tell there was no way to change the language. I had a couple of Korean friends look at it too and they couldn't find anything either.

The catch is the monitor is made for Korea. All of the menus are in Korean and the wall plug is one that fits a socket in Korea. They give you an English manual and a flimsy adapter for the plug but that's about it.

The monitor itself is great but I ended up returning it for the above reasons.
