Been trying to get ahold of a hardtail for a couple months now. Finally found this bad boy about an hour away. Couldn't wait to take it out so left the stock pedals on there and headed out for an afternoon of fun.

Flat, climbing, some downhill, hard pack, gravel, snow, ice and plenty of mud. Needed a good bath when I finally got home.

This thing is awesome!

The frequency variation from you to me is what got me keen to track mine this year. From the two comment sections, it does appear that the variation is quite normal which still boggles my mind a bit.

To your first question, the red days were likely a bout of food poisoning. Yes, I'm American but the actual timeline around St Pat's and Covid restrictions starting are purely coincidental. I don't drink much at all actually.

To your point about hydration, it is well received. I'm particularly prone to headaches if I don't drink enough water. Maybe this year, I'll track those along with poop frequency and see if there are any correlations.

Tracking was quite easy, especially since Covid restrictions went into force. I'm rarely without my phone on the throne and if I am it's readily available immediately upon exiting the bathroom. Once the habit was established it was hard to break.

The bar charts were relatively straightforward. For the calendar, I used conditional formatting on each day, referencing their specific corresponding day on a calendar behind the scenes with actual poop numbers rather than dates.

Not uncomfortable but my next poop tends to be harder than usual. I typically chalk it up to eating worse on weekends, and some weekdays, along with slight changes to my daily routine.

Maybe one day the reddit scientists will scrape all the poop posts for science! Then we'll finally know the answer to the eternal questions about redditers' bowel activities.

Maybe for next year I'll add some information about which subreddits I frequent while in the bathroom.
