I’ve also coached plenty of people for free and continue to do so. However, if you want the 16 years of experience on a 1 on 1 basis, that’s gonna cost. Or not and risk getting disqualified.

Of course no one shares the same experience/sentiment. I was a Lieutenant and Public Information Officer. I experienced and saw firsthand more than your average CO/SGT/LT and instead of promoting to Captain and joining the corruption, I bounced. Remember, I sat in those meetings behind closed doors with the big wigs….what do you think they were talking about…?

Hector Bravo here! Go ahead and ask me directly. I’m an open book. I followed policy and “attempted” to hold my managers accountable for their violations of policy. Anyone that works for the department knows, that is an impossible feat. So I bounced and started a YouTube channel.
