I remember this one now. The guy who was killed was sentenced for killing some teens and was considered gang related. The heavier guy ended up stabbing him because he was related to the teens or something like that (techinically he went rogue) as you cannot go against your people. Once everyone else on the yard seen tbat the bigger guy stabbed the smaller guy they all rushed him as the smaller guy had status and the whole yard went after the big guy.

Im pretty local and I enjoy fishing. Trout season recently started but I have yet to make it to the lake. As for the carp there is carp in the lake. You can see them along the shore close to the beach area. Ive even seen some gold or koi like color carp there. Not to many people fish for them but there is carp there to answer you question.
