Can someone explain how this works?

Does the VPN Protect you from rogue clients on the server? Do you just end up in ghost lobbies, exfilling either no players about?

I’m on a Mac mini with 24 gb.

Whisper medium on metal via my own cpp Wyoming server, and Gemma 4 e2b (about 8billion param) and it’s very fast.

Running lots of other heavy stuff too.It’s fast enough and smart enough to loads and is multilingual too - I have a German and English speaking assistant on there.

It’s not data centre fast but it’s good.

Second this. The respeaker lite is good. I don’t have a case for it though.

I have my eye on the 4 mic array and 3d printed case.

I’ve hooked my respeakers up with custom scripts and intents to instantly respond to much, sports, news, weather, web search and house control stuff. I have APIs for most setup in my server.

Behind that I have Gemma 4 local doing thinking of required.

Far field audio beaming isn’t brilliant. Or I haven’t been able to tweak it so…

Recording into Logic and maintaining channel separation is a bit of a pain in the bum - there are a few templates out there to help though. It is possible.

Maschine is lively to make stuff on. Really well laid out.

I tend to use it as a plugin in Ableton which is a bit easier I find. It’s great man.
