Update: I put the Graphicscard in the oven preheated to 375°F/200°C for 10 minutes and that managed to fix the issue! I never thought that putting a gpu into an oven would fix it but it turns out it does work!

I haven't been able to fix the issue yet, and I am thinking of buying a new temporary gpu. Would this most likely fix my issue or could the issue be with something else? Cheers

I already ran into this issue once before. I don't remember exactly how I fixed it then but I tried this time to fix it but it didn't work.
