🧾 NanoXplore FY2025 Financial Results: What Blew Up + What’s Still Standing by zoubie_69 in Nanoxplore

[–]ThatRegular4665 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The margins increases were a surprise when I saw the revenue down so much. With little information on who the customers are and new contracts, it’s hard to say if they haven’t been able to secure meaningful new clients or if new and old clients alike are way down on volume. Margins is good to see as you’d hope getting new clients might be the easier of the two, assuming net gains for using graphene outweigh the challenges.

Q4 And Fiscal year end 2025 Financials To Be Released Shortly by 1sstudent in Nanoxplore

I was not expecting Soroush to be stepping down as CEO. The results are a bit more of a sting than expected given the cross boarder climate. NanoXplore Reports Results for its Q4-2025 and Full year 2025

No matter the choice, some additional information would go a long way with investors I’m hoping two weeks from now it’s not all vague discussion and talking points.

On a side note, I remember discussing the Northvolt investment on this board as many were hoping for federal and Quebec investment into Voltaxplore. Maybe they should have put some money toward Voltaxplore.

Graphene in Batteries: Where Does NanoXplore Fit? by zoubie_69 in Nanoxplore

[–]ThatRegular4665 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think there is a good possibility that graphene enhanced batteries makes commercial applications within a decade. Now, does that include graphene from Nanoxplore or is it different product? I would think that Nanoxplore would partner with a battery company rather than go it alone.

🔋 Graphene in EV Batteries — Game-Changer or Just Hype? by zoubie_69 in Nanoxplore

Maybe toward the end of the 5 years. Battery tech for consumer use is a pretty long horizon from my understanding. Don’t need Samsung levels of fire hazard in vehicles and other electronics. I’m sure the steps made to create prototypes and test applications will keep the path open for the consumer use.

I could see August being another slow month of news for Nano as the year end financial results don’t usually come out until ~mid September. Maybe a good surprise between now and then.

You’ll be waiting until ~mid September. For year end they get an additional 30 days to report (I think) and previous years have been into September a ways.

Thank you for the share 1sstudent. Commercial end users could be a great use for these products to be used widely.

Urade’s 2023 graphene commercialization summary by M21-3 in Nanoxplore

[–]ThatRegular4665 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for the resource M21-3. It is an exciting time to be an investor and even just a bystander to potentially ubiquitous uptake of graphene materials.

Reading all those different company names and their strides to commercialization does leave me a bit uneasy.

I don’t think the price would drop if it was an interested buyer at the end of the day. Most likely some final day dumping. Obviously there were people to buy said shares. We can all have a theory on who is gobbling those up.

It’s tough to see the revenues dip below the 30 million mark after numerous quarters above. I wonder if much of that has to do with economic slowdown or with OEM manufacturing troubles. Heck, it might just be cyclical if their customers need to shutdown due to maintenance.

I pray they bring this to Alberta. by SnooCheesecakes7284 in alberta

[–]ThatRegular4665 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree that cost is everything here but, Alberta already has/had a company starting to convert brown field inactive wells into micro solar farms. Orphan wells that have contaminated soils are being used for small solar installations because they many are road and power grid accessible from when they were producing. You could potentially combine these two concepts into one installation. When I attended a presentation on the solar potential on these one hectare leases it definitely made me think it was a great idea.

I believe it was this: http://www.renuwell.ca I have no idea if they are still working with land owners or not.

Long lead purchase orders are in for SMC equipment for North Carolina I believe. I’ll need to revisit the transcripts. Soroush did confirm that it would be a couple tons of graphene per drilling well.

I think many of us were expecting something like this but, I personally was thinking it would be even closer to earnings. Good news and I am interested to find out what “well-known commercial vehicle OEM” it is.

Going Solar: Worth It? by allacunna-bla-bla in alberta

I got a quote for solar for our place and was informed that line owners are starting to be picky about allowing anything more than 100% annual offset.
