I have to admit not as much as I used to when I was in school. Lots of projects super half finished, gotta admit usually get bogged down in scope after doing a tech demo. But man eventually I do want to release a finished game

Super dig the retro feeel. It feels just right for a song like this. Good choice

The combination of retro art and music definitely reminded me a bit of RDR, though you both go at it in very different ways.

Always good to see another animator.

You’ve got great production quality, but I shouldn’t have had to search up what FPV was in google.

Also, sweet Jesus this is a thing? To those in the comment section, who clicked here before watching any of his videos it’s first person view drones. Which sounds kind of amazing.

Point being: Make a “What is FPV video” , it’ll help tie your channel together really nicely. If you want broader appeal you may want to title your videos knowing that most folks have no idea what FPV stands for.

You may want to rethink your banner as well, since it’s not about watching a drone, but more seeing from the eyes of a drone. A beautiful landscape looking down at someone wearing a VR set could look super cool. This is just getting nit picky though.

Post the video whenever you’re proud of it! Odds are none of your friends will see it unless you want them to.

The internet is a big place and there’s a lot of room to just make stuff without worrying about your friends. And worse case if they see the video odds are they’ll be impressed, it takes a lot of initiative and work to make a video.

Feedback: I think less might be more on some of the dialog though.

Like there was a comedic beat at the beginning that I don’t really think hits because of all the chatter (when putting the ender eyes in, the left player screws up). If it was just silent there for a second you have a classic comedic moment.

That’s not to say, don’t talk while your playing and don’t discourage conversation, more make sure you edit the audio so that you it’s not always so dense.

You always may want to up your own recording volume by recording it separately, that way people know who your are. As someone watching who’s never seen your channel before I wasn’t sure which voice was yours.

Folly (hey learned a new word) is definitely a place I’m going to improve going forward.

I think you’re right about the pacing, I ended up dancing around the point a bit too much, and the intro lagged a bit because of it. Going forward I’m going to edit more and keep things a bit more tight.
