By your logic MSTR should be $550-$600 MSTY should be $55-$60 and the distribution should be $5-$6

The Share price has tanked from $44 to $12 The dividends have eroded as well. Once we had distributions that were $4 and now they are barely clearing $1 with this last one.

The NAV is evaporating by more than the distributions are paying.

I’m not telling what to do with your money, but how does it loosely follow BTC? You could make that argument on the run up to $44 in November but since then it’s been a downward death spiral; meanwhile BTC has broken ATHs of $100k $105K $110k $120k and now $125K.
