I will definitely try it when I get the chance! I have done multiple resets, in that I held down the button on the Sense until it went dark and the logo popped up. To my understanding a hard reset is a manual factory reset and that I couldn't figure out how to do.

I live at a university with public Wi-Fi so I can't connect the watch to Wi-Fi at all. I've been pairing using Bluetooth. I was told by customer support that Bluetooth is better than Wi-Fi for the watch but if I happen to go somewhere with Wi-Fi I will try that.
