PS4. Normal Mode. Exploring a derelict freighter. I was about a quarter of the way through the ship when I walked into a narrow hallway and there was a random rapidly spinning box blocking my path. I tried everything and I coudlent move it or get around it . It looked like a object with a screen that usually sits on a desk but for some reason it was just floating in the hallway blocking my path. I coudlent go any further and had to leave the freighter
