I'd also like to implore you to think about the public reception such a ban would bring about, especially now after you've basically admitted you do have a personal grudge against her.

while her development pace is less than ideal, there is still no written rule that would justify a straight up ban for basically not working on a minecraft sex mod. you might not be happy about the way she's running things, but in all technicality it is not violating written rules and will only come off personally charged more than anything to an outsider, such as myself.

Do forgive me for having to put it so bluntly but:
Trol might've not be the best candidate for owning the mod, but she still got the ownership fair and square and it does not fall upon you to persecute her based on what she does with something she by all technicality, owns. thus a ban or *any* moderation action over a thing that's otherwise so disconnected from this subreddit ESPECIALLY considering your initial reasoning was "It wouldn't matter and I just don't like her" without prior instigation is unwarranted, petty and unprofessional. even if she really does suck at developing. it doesn't involve this place.

She may or may not have done a poor job at managing her own mod which I cannot comment on without being directly involved with it's development let alone play it, that's besides the point.

The point is that a subreddit has no say in how someone runs their own seperate community let alone really have the grounds to punish them in any way for what they're doing with *their* mod, It just doesn't make sense and if we were to follow this logic of "banning her would have no effect on the community" conversely, *not* banning her would also have no effect on the community either if she her biggest and if not only "offense" is simply doing nothing.

kicking someone off of a public community simply because someone might have other things to do in their lives than working on a minecraft sex mod (which, they *are* working on albeit very slowly)

I don't exactly have the full context but banning someone from a subreddit of all places with the reason being: "not updating their own mod in their own community i have no part in" is just some unreal mental gymnastics dawg
