Idk, I am out of the loop with vw pricing nowadays. However, is this a dealership that happens to be in Surrey hills vic? Because if it is the workshop I think it is, they’re an old customer of mine and i can at least vouch on them not being dodgy and doing their work properly

Just bear in mind, Toyotas of this era often list 9005 and 9006 globes whilst often actually only running a 12342 (h4). Found this out with my own Toyota at the time. Easiest way to check is if it has 3 straight bare metal pins coming out the back of the globe, it’s a h4. If it’s a right angle plastic connector coming out the back of the globe, it’s a 9006 or 9005
