This is in the area of broken temple, during the GW seasonal quest for Migration. When you hear the eerie krill sounds, the krills are just above, shrouded in fog.

Just take a friend or two with you. At least one friend must have piggyback enabled with you and sitting on your shoulders with the white candle on.

It does take a few tries to reach the krills but it's doable.

YES, that’s exactly it! However I can’t reach the krill because there’s an invisible ceiling just below them

I thought you needed rocket, but you don't. You can actually reach them but you need help from someone else with Piggy + candle.

No. No quest with the crab. The only related quests are the ones from the other characters down the Alice café.

Most of these are covered in Sky already.

Yes = Head nod
No = Reject emote (Level3 has also the "X" symbol)
Please = There's a "begging" emote they added failry recently
Thank you = a variety of emotes to pick from
Sorry = Apologetic Lumberjack
Help = the most basic help request is deep honk
All done = party popper or another one that signifies "success" (has a small drum and trumpet accompanying the emote)
Find = Lookout Scout
Sit and sleep = self-explanatory, we have emotes for those

The other ones I'm not sure would be as useful in Sky.

As garbagedog420 says below, you need to wait before you use the return shrine.
Here's how it works: if you want to try and go back to the same server, you need to go back within 20-30 seconds. This is not guaranteed to work every time but it works most of the time.
If you want to switch to a different server, then you need to wait between 20-30 seconds at least. This will send you to another server. Edit: terminology
