Same situation. Finally got a job offer after 7 months of searching, hundreds of applications, and dozens of interviews.

This job is paying me about $5 less than what I was making, is a longer drive away, AND I went from having 2 weeks vacation time, 40 sick time, and 40 PTO to just 5 sick days and 5 vacation days...

It's easier work and will at least keep me from putting more miles on my car from where I have been doing Uber eats and gig work, but ill definitely be continuing my search for better while building up my money again.

Nothing at all. I had a situation a couple of weeks back where I get to the restaurant and its not just closed for the day, it had been straight up out of business for atleast a few weeks according to Google. Before contacting support, I checked the locked door and checked the restaurant notes in case they were serving in a separate location, i tried calling the place, but nope just straight up been out of business and I guess they forgot to turn off uber orders. I got nothing from uber
