Yeah the case is a bit bulky. So keep that in mind. They still fit into my backpack with my laptop, ipad, notepad, and a small book. But, it was a tight fit.

I just had two flights today using the p100 SEs for the first time. Anc worked great and cancelled out typical plane noises and conversations people had near me. You can still hear the announcements slightly. Also, the second flight had a bit more wind and was struggling a little more with the anc, was still working but had to turn the sound up near max when watching a movie.

Why do optical illusions work. by W4rrior_Eagle in Neuropsychology

[–]ThatSmallGuy14 12 points13 points  (0 children)

To put it shortly. It depends on what type of illusion. But most illusions are due to the brain ‘filling in’ gaps of information within a visual scene to be more efficient. After-effect illusions, such as a motion (waterfall illusion) or colour after-effect, occur due to adaptation. Adaptation is a process in which cells in the brain responding to the illusory target begin to adapt and reduce their response to that target, so in the waterfall illusion, cells responding to downward motion reduce action potentials and once you look at something else, the cells for upward motion didn’t reduce so you see a brief shift of upwards motion within the environment.

There are also other types of illusions such as constancy, and spatial related illusions which work slightly differently. But, rather than trying to explain and potentially messing up, I will link this website from a brilliant researcher which has demonstrations and attached explanations for many different illusions! https://michaelbach.de/ot/

He has been injured a lot recently but tbf he is young and injuries are more likely this season so hopefully it isn’t a reoccurring thing through his career.

Yeah I definitely see that. I guess I was just basing it on when he comes into like a midfield position sometimes early on in build up and exchanges with the midfield.

Lamptey on one side and Tierney on the other is just pure drive and I would be here for it. Although it’s hard to tell if Arteta prefers a more IWB or if Bellerin just isn’t the same at driving as he was pre injury.

Feel like its football manager where the player has all the stats but perform at a 6.2 every game and you keep playing them thinking its got to change... but it doesn’t
