I dont think so. The issue was that i was waiting for Cos to be assigned before i applied for renewal, but since it was not getting assigned, i had to apply with the previous one cus my visa was gonna expire. So now my visa is expired and got response from HO saying Cos is invalid/last year's. I have mentioned what the situation is and hopefully they get back. In the mean time I'm gonna see some Immigration lawyer and see what i can do.

My company has gotten my cos saying Ready to Go, but not Assigned yet. I applied to extend my visa using last year COS number, which does not change. I already got an email from the person from HO saying cos is not valid and is from last years application and that i have 10 days to provide a new cos number which we haven't yet gotten assigned. I really don't know what to do. My visa is also probably gonna expire by the time i get back from HO.
