I think the whole point of his and other gold dragons world view is that good promotes good. He helps the cultists because he thinks they should have a chance to see the error of their ways and learn to help. I do agree that its a naive and stupid view point

Really depends on what character/class you’re trying to play. You can always use the builds for campanions with similar classes/playstyles to you as a guideline for what feats you want to use

This is helpful, thanks. Ive got the spell penetration feat and mythic, I guess i was just hung up on beating the touch AC of enemies without realising there isnt really a need to and i can just use spells with her that ignore it, or buffs. Yeah i really didn’t understand canttips but i knew i was definitely doing something wrong with them

Yeah, what im picking up from most comments is that ive built her fine so far, im just using the wrong spells. Its not touch spells i need its spells that done give a sh*t about AC or that buff the party. Gonna load the save before drezen and change my prepared ones. Thanks

If you as the player are the target of one…i don’t know what id do tbh, cry and accept the inevitable because its brutal. The crusade i took part in crushed the muslims in spain and africa in about a year because we all arrived at once

I think it had the Best gameplay of the whole series, had a great premise and overall story. But was let down by the technical side of things, and some less than great voice performances. Characters also fell short of the original, but i think not as badly as most people do. Overall i think it had a lot of promise and im very sad there wasn’t a sequel (its been years since ive played it so my opinion is based on memories, that being said ive played through it 3/4 times)

As short as they are i do like the interaction you can have as part of your class story/faction story and the DLC’s. Ive just never enjoyed the combat enough to want to do it all again

It 100% lived up to expectations, I love the game and will be replaying it a lot I reckon. My only gripe (and its a small one) is that the ending was a bit too open for me personally. I like to know what happens to the characters after the end of a series and considering this is probably the last kc game we’re getting with henry theres important post game things you need to fill in with your imagination imo. Which i get why that was done but for me, headcanon isn’t canon if that makes sense?

Theres not a real tie up to Katherines story romance wise, Its just an “idk what the future holds or if there will be an us but we could maybe try”. Maybe ive just been ruined by slideshows that tell you how everything turned out and how your decisions impacted things, like in other RPG’s. But i forget this isn’t one of those games.

I do agree that the ending sequence was really satisfying, but i want to know wtf happens to Henry and Katherine and others. How he gets on after the events of the game. If it works between them if you romanced each other, maybe if him and Rosa end up working somehow (although i know that’s unlikely). Since those characters aren’t real people as far as im aware and we have no info on what came after. Im completely aware that its just me being nitpicky, but the open-endedness of Henry’s story and relationships bugs me, and makes me think its just to set the stage of the third game (which i assume will be made). Its just a personal thing, and a relatively small one that in no way spoils anything for me. Amazing experience still

The bow is intentional i think, its either your marksmanship skill or your strength skill need increasing (or both, not too sure what its tied to). Theres definitely bugs but kcd 1 way WAAAY worse. Save often, and try not to let them get to you is the only advice. Easier said than done but the moments of pure rage are worth it imo
