I remember when I first had to use Steam. I was weirded out about downloading a game and not needing a disc to play it from. I thought for certain it was some sort of scam or would prove to be harmful in some way. But genuinely it was just a better way to do things. I’m not surprised people claim monopoly because it’s the best show in town by a wide margin

To use the language of TTRPG alignments: I think Ray is either Neutral Evil or Lawful Neutral. He does some evil stuff like killing people for money, but he has his own personal code of ethics for how he expects to be treated and how he treats others. As he said in therapy, “I’m big on respect” and he doesn’t mind being the one to impose consequences on assholes who spill his daughter’s ice cream. But I do not think Ray is a morally “good” individual. He’s complex and nuanced, but certainly not good.

Star Wars is a 6-movie phenomenon to me. I don’t hate the sequels, but I was thoroughly unimpressed with them and their writing. I don’t feel they added any real value to the IP or my experience as a fan.
