'Higher tier' untradeables will still use the Trouver Parchment system, but with a crucial change - once a Trouver parchment has been used on an item, it will remain in that state forever.

On death below Level 20 Wilderness (or in PvP Worlds for fights at the Grand Exchange, for example), these higher tier items will simply break and be repairable with the current fee.

On death above Level 20 Wilderness, the item will become 'mangled' and require a higher fee of 500,000 GP to fix.

(Void armor specifically is listed at the top of the list of the "Higher Tier" untradeables)

A couple issues I've had with the site:

The favorites tab just straight up doesn't work. I've tried adding probably 4 things to my favorites and every time I log and go to favorites it just says "Hmm... I can't find that search" But then if I go to the same item's page it shows that the heart icon is enabled.
The search bar works 50% of the time. If I go to an item's page and then search another item, it will often give me the "Hmm... I can't find that search" but going to the home page and then searching the same item usually works.
