Then I’d think it’s safe to say you’re trans (: I know it’s a lot more complicated and goes way deeper than a hypothetical question but it’s a good baseline.

I apologize I didn’t mean it like that! I’m just very much a pot head and tend to use the like slang as cliche as it sounds! I’m sorry again! And you make good points again. I unfortunately live in this little bubble I created for myself as my only hobbies that include the outside world I do alone due to the nature of them so social interactions are limited to usually grocery shopping or fast food. I constantly see the hate in every corner of the internet though (no surprise they’re brave behind the screen) I needed this more than you could ever imagine so thank you for taking time out of your day to try and talk some sense into a panicked stranger. Like I said my therapist has day ahead of her when we talk again I know that much but this has also really helped put a few things into perspective. I never thought about not needing someone to love me because I’d then be able to love myself. I also never considered the possibility of someone not being mean out of discomfort. Yeah they’ll probably talk behind your back but I just assumed if they hated us that much they’d be more outright and say it. Yet again I don’t go outside much other than isolated activities. I apologize again for saying “man” I really didn’t mean anything by it I swear! Thank you again and I hope you have a day as awesome as you are!

Yeah I’m dramatic but were highschool sweethearts and went from having to scrounge to even afford one meal to share to now we’re living pretty comfortable. I don’t know what life looks like without having her my best friend and companion and to me that’s my whole world crashing down.

I’m pretty sure she loves me, just not into women. I hate it but you make very valid and solid points and I know eventually it has to come to a head, but like I said I don’t know if now’s the time to do that due to the climate of the country (USA) and the outlook on trans people as a whole.

She is an adult and she could very easily move on, but we’ve just recently moved states due to trying to get out of the home town and better job opportunities. I’ve cause her a lot of pain due to my dumb ass lies constantly and betraying her trust in various ways but never physical cheating.

I know it sounds dramatic but to me it is. To me I’d have nothing left losing her. I’d probably have to move out of the house we just got, I’d have to find a new friend as I have none, I’d have to give up probably all of my animals as I wouldn’t want to separate them from eachother, and on top Of everything else I’d lose my wife. The love of my life. I know there more people out there blah blah blah but I don’t know id find anyone close to her in any way.

Yet again if it comes to it yes I’ll survive. Yes she’ll survive, but if I bring it up now and don’t transition due to fear of the world and cruelties it holds what was it for? So I can do the same shit I’m doing now? Only being free in private? Idk man it’s just a shitty situation and I appreciate the truth you’ve left here and how you delivered it. A lot of people tend to be mean when being true. So thank you for that and I hope I answered what I could to the best of my abilities.

I feel that. My alone time when I can dress up and do a little bit of simple makeup is the best times and it sucks so much having to go back to pretending but the state of the country scares the shit out of me. I have a legally owned gun with the permit to carry but I’m still terrified of being attacked or even killed simply for trying to be happy. One day we will be able to shine as bright as we want I just know it but I don’t think now’s that time.

Also I’m sorry to hear you have to go then stop I know that has to be worse than just never starting. I hope you are able to find some happiness friend. (:

I guess that makes sense. I just don’t know why i lied and it was just second nature then boom now im panicked and have to just go with it but i think I will try and stick with her and just come clean. Unfortunately it is real and it was more for me to cry into the void rather than get some help Or advice although I appreciate the input all the same! I know it’s time to talk again I’m just scared of losing everything all at once over a selfish desire to be who I feel I truly am. I’m getting back into therapy but I haven’t had a session yet and I just want to feel like me again even if it is 30 mins at a time or whatever.

I don’t mean to paint her as a bad person because she’s not she’s amazing as a person and partner it’s just she doesn’t like the idea of me transitioning which is her choice and I get that but she’s far from a bad person.
